Beautiful Lakeside wedding held at Paradise Cove last May. Kristi and Brad are a match made in heaven! This was such a fun wedding, from the men arriving by boat to the big blow out reception with amazing food and dancing! This bride and groom sure know how to have a good time! Congrats to you both!
Jennifer Werneth Photography did an outstanding job and hope to work with her more in the future! Enjoy the photos!
Do you have anyone in your life that inspires you?
Meet my sister-in-law Monika…She would be one of those people. She and her husband, Ryan Kirkland (singer/songwriter), visited last year and while they were here she had met up with our good friend Jessica Bennet from Jessica Bennet photography to take some new head shots while Lulu applied a fresh face of makeup for her career in California. You see this small town girl from Orlando was always the dreamer and never let anyone tell her she “couldn’t”, she never let finances or people crush that “California” dream. In March 2011 she and her husband took that leap of faith, they picked up everything they owned, trusted God had them in the palm of His hand and moved to California. Monika has always wanted to become an actor and won’t let anyone get in her way to achieve that dream. They are still living there and loving it! Although we miss them terribly we smile big because we know they are both living out that dream together.
Isn’t she Lovely? I had the awesome opportunity to work with Toni and her beautiful girls last October for her wedding day, it was nothing but gorgeous and fun from the moment I walked in the door. Toni and Justin’s wedding was held at the beautiful Hammock Dunes in Palm Coast. Jenn from Jenn Hopkins Photography did an amazing job on the photography…she really captured a ton of jaw dropping shots of their day!
I can’t believe it has taken me so long to post this OH SO HEAVENLY wedding! Sara, the bride, was one of the sweetest brides I have ever worked with and without her even knowing it, she also inspired me to continue doing what I love to do! Sara is actually a clothing designer in New York City, she designed her own dress and bridesmaids dresses. AMAZING! The clothing line is called Jordan Wolk. (Formerly known as Sara Claire and Esther.) You can check out Jordan Wolk on Facebook or go to www.jordanwolk.com for shopping!
To add to the sweetness of the day, I had the pleasure of working with Brittany from Bella Allure Imagery! She is an outstanding photographer with such a sweet spirit! Check out her lovely work on her blog, she definitely doesn’t disappoint!
Featured on Style Me Pretty on October 28th! Enjoy the photos!

LuLu Makeup is proud to announce that she will be the makeup artist for this years NotWedding. It is their first time in Orlando and so happy I get to be apart of such a cool experience!
What is the NotWedding you ask? Well, this a different type of bridal show. Basically, it’s a mock wedding. Brides and wedding professionals are invited to attend as they would an actual wedding. Every sponsoring vendor has a significant role in the production and therefor the attendees are able to experience their work in a wedding setting first hand. Brides are able to see the sponsoring caterer, emcee, floral designs and all of the other vendors that go into putting on a wedding in their natural element. It makes a lot of sense. What better way to judge a wedding vendor than seeing them in action? Of course, there will be a Tunnel of Love (as they like to call it) set up where attendees can pick up more information on the vendors they are interested in. But, in general, you are to look at the production as a whole as a show of what those vendors could do for you.
Hope this gives you a better idea of what it is! If your sick of the mundain bridal shows, this is something you have to come to! If you’re a bride or someone that is interested in attending the wedding go to The NotWedding and buy your tickets!
See you at the NotWedding!
It’s a ‘curl up in your bed’ kind of rainy day here in Orlando , FL..

This last December I got the opportunity on doing makeup for the ever so beautiful, Mary Hannah Butler. This was a bride that was the calmest of them all, glowing from ear to ear and so excited to marry the man of her dreams!
I also got the pleasure of working with the extraordinary photographer and friend, Jessica Bennett! She captured some beautiful shots of this creative, crafty, yet classy wedding. So happy I got to be apart of it! More photos of the big day can be found on Jessica’s Blog.
UPDATE: Photos from the wedding have been featured at the forget.me.knot.weddings blog. Good job Jessica!!
